C.A. Boren Properties, Inc. was established in 1996 by Cecil and Cynthia Boren. This husband and wife team, both being Licensed General Contractors, specialize in Custom Homes, Renovations and Interior Design. In the past 18 years they have built in many fine neighborhoods throughout Greensboro, and across North Carolina from Guilford County to Brunswick County.
Cecil and Cindy grew up in families that were involved in the construction industry and learned at an early age the skills needed to Build and Design a Dream Home.
Cecil holds an B.S. in Engineering from NC State University, and a background as a Project Engineer in the Brick Industry, and Sales Engineer in the Electronic Industry.
Cynthia’s degree is in Interior Design and worked in Business Administration before forming Reddick Designs in 1986. Later changing the name to Cynthia Boren Designs.
